I'm wondering if you are also sending the data of add to cart, initiate checkout etc to the advertising platforms or only sending the Purchase data?

Answer

Our integrations support sending these events, however usually our product isn’t used for them as at these stages additional customer details such as email and phone aren’t available and therefore front-end tracking is usually sufficient. Thus the focus on Purchase conversions in our documentation.

Using Able CDP (and server-side tracking in general) to track pre-purchase/pre-lead conversions would make sense to add first-touch attribution to returning customers if they log in before using the cart.
