Create and update Keap Contacts
Create and update Keap Contacts when an event (such as new Lead) occurs. In addition to regular Keap Contact fields, Able CDP integration populates custom fields with attribution details, such as UTM parameters, attribution details and landing page URL, allowing to know exact source of each Contact.
1. Create custom fields in Keap (optional)
To send details about customer sources to Keap, custom fields need to be created.
- Open Keap and navigate to Admin - Settings in the menu.
- Select Custom Fields - Set up custom fields for Contact and press Go.
- Create one or more text fields named UTM Source, UTM Medium, UTM Campaign, Referrer URL and Landing Page.
2. Connect Keap to Able
In Able Dashboard, press "Add Service Integration" and select "Keap/Infusionsoft".
3. Send Contacts to Keap
In Able Dashboard, press "Add Service Integration" and select "Keap/Infusionsoft".
Choose what event should create or update Keap contacts. (Existing contacts are updated when email matches.)
Track Keap orders
Track new Keap orders as Purchases, attributing them to the original customer source. New orders can then be sent to Google Analytics or ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok.

In Able Dashboard, press "Add Service Integration" and select "Keap/Infusionsoft".
2. Enabled inbound integration
In Able Dashboard, press "Add Service Integration" and select "Keap/Infusionsoft".
Once the inbound integration is created, Able will start listening to new Order events from Keap and tracking them as Purchases.
